Eddie and Amber live in a small Irish community. In order to hide their real sexual orientation from their peers, they decide to pretend to be in a relationship – and manage to do it successfully. A tale about growing up, courage and going beyond one’s comfort zone.

David Freyne
He is an award-winning Irish filmmaker based in London. He’s honed his craft making several award-winning short films with the support from Screen Ireland. His first feature was 2017’s critically acclaimed ‘The Cured’, starring Oscar-nominated Ellen Page. The film screened in Special Presentation at TIFF, LFF, Sitges, as well as won Best Horror Feature at Fantastic Fest.
